Real Estate Investment Consultant

Real Estate Development

The role and responsibilities of the Real Estate Investment Consultant will be to connect with direct clients, investors, and property brokerage firms throughout Dubai and globally. You should have a good knowledge of sales and have excellent presentation and communication skills. Moreover, you should be a well-organised individual with good attention to detail, who is highly motivated, and customer orientated.

  • Remuneration: AED 12,000 pcm + comms, annual OTE AED 250K
  • Benefits: Training, career growth.
  • Location: Dubai & Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE
  • No. of Positions:  8

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in property sales
  • A track record in business development
  • Understands the process of the customer journey
  • Holds a valid UK driving licence
  • Native English with other language
  • Available to work in the UAE in the New Year

Property Sales Consultant

Real Estate Brokerage

The role and responsibilities of the Property Sales Consultant will be to connect with direct clients, and investors throughout Dubai and globally. You should have an excellent sales background as well as the ability to professionally present to HNWI. You need to be extremely motivated and financially hungry, with the attitude and capability to open and close business. In addition, you should be a social and self-sufficient networking specialist with a desire to succeed.

  • Remuneration: Commission + bonus, annual OTE AED 350K-500K (Year 1)
  • Benefits: Mobile phone & SIM, flight to Dubai, training & career growth.
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • No. of Positions: 12
